These terms govern the Brevard Rental Properties text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
Brevard Rental Properties sends text messages to communicate with rental applicants and tenants. Messages are conversational and relate to rental inquiries, property tours, applications, maintenance requests, leases, rent, and your tenancy.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by:
- Providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our rental application form at brevard-rental.com; or
- Sending a text message to our business number, (863) 302-9729.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us — there is no set number of messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Brevard Rental Properties does not charge a fee for text messages.
Get Help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at manager@brevard-rental.com or (863) 302-9729.
Opt Out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. To opt back in, reply START.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
